Circle offers three national medical plans for all employees and a fourth option for California residents:
• Partnership in Health (PIH) with Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
• Partnership in Health (PIH) with Health Savings Account (HSA)
• Navigate Copay Plan
• Kaiser Plan (CA only)
All plans include:
• No-cost preventive care
• Prescription drug coverage, including a $5 in-network copay for certain preventive medications
PLEASE NOTE: 2023 will be the final year we offer the PIH with HRA to teammates. If you’re interested in a PIH plan, we strongly encourage you to explore the PIH with HSA, which has a similar plan design and additional advantages for teammates.
